This is like wind. Like how it looks by the result of it. (There's a poem called "The artist and the wind" by the long-time dead Bulgarian poet Atanas Dalchev which in a rough translation is something like that: "The artist wanted to draw the wind and he drew leaves flying out of a yellow tree like sparks out of fire. He wanted to draw the wind and he drew the grass gleaming and streaming in the field. He wanted to draw the wind and he drew clouds running panically through the sky. He wanted to draw the wind, and he saw that he was always drawing something else.")

Your portrait mostly reminds me of that pretty way the long green grass looks when hut by the breeze. It doesnt look like solid green mass then, but like waves of shiny strokes with a sudden direction. I love it like I once said how I love when the wind turns the leaves and you can see their white back. Sometimes you don't notice the grass until the wind moves it. An year ago I saw the movie Mirror and my favorite scene was this one. It doesn't look very pretty in a little clip, and it was more touching in the context of the movie. However, I saw the movie in a screening for students with a movie professor explaining things afterwards, and he mentioned this scene too. He said something about how the director and the rest probably had to wait for hours for a wind like that to come. I also think that maybe seeing the wind coming in the grass made the character turn around. (he was walking away from somebody's house) Like it intuitively wakes up a longing.

Your hair and your bigger in shape eye are obviously windy. Airy, loose, beautiful. But not only them. It's also bright and transitional like that. There's a lot of light, and it doesn't fall or stay on your face heavily, but it's a really light light, like that passing gleam which bended leaves of grass get.

Okay, enough with that grass : P Maybe it's not like wind. But it's really pretty. In other self-portraits of yours I can usually see some of how you feel, here I can see some of how I feel about you.
